I work and play at Autodesk, where my team is responsible for the architecture and support of Engineering Systems Services; specifically applications and environments that support IT as a business, which includes CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery) methodology, engineering collaboration (Jira, Confluence), logging (Splunk, Elastic), secrets management (Vault, Secret Server), data transfers (Cleo Harmony), and designing architectural patterns for the cloud compute environments. We are a dedicated team that strives to constantly improve customer service and collaborate within the organization to enhance stability, resilience, security, and ease-of-use for our customers to our environments.

In that position, I was responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Commissions Production environments for Autodesk. I ensured that the data exchanges and processes in the multitude of related systems run without a hitch and that my customers get the information when they expect it. Beyond the “mundane” of providing “dial-tone” service to my business customers, I constantly strive to enhance and improve the environment. I automate processes, introduce reconciliation programs, create tools for analysis, and collaborate within the organization to enhance services and the customer experience.

I am also a gentlemen farmer. I have a bit of land and I grow trees and work on the general enhancement of the environment I own. I love the outdoors and physical aspects of this work, which beautifully balances my daytime work at Autodesk.

Pemi-Baker Community Health is highly valued provider of Home Health and Hospice Services in the rural part of Central New Hampshire. As a member of the Board, I use my experience and knowledge to help steer this organization through the currently treacherous waters of being a not-for-profit.I love this organization and gladly spend my free time in supporting them.
