My clients are men who hate to shop, know they need to look good but don't know how, or who've had less-than-stellar experiences buying custom clothing in the past. I perform one-on-one client consultations, manage our back-of-house operational processes for clients and vendors, and maintain our showroom's inventory integrity and offerings along with our other employees.

In this role, I'm responsible for developing business from scratch. This translates to:-Actively engaging in various prospecting activities every day, with a heavy focus on networking and creating/maintaining professional relationships.-Listening to prospects' and clients' needs and working with my technical team to craft solutions that are aligned with those needs.-Playing an active role in the sales cycle from first conversation to close.-Maintaining a high-level knowledge of best-of-breed technologies and best practices as they relate to IT governance.

I perform one-on-one consultations with clients and educate them with regard to suit construction, fabric quality, proper fit, proportion, and wardrobe building strategies. I personally take first-time measurements and second fittings, and clearly and accurately communicate with tailors to ensure that alterations are completed perfectly and in a timely manner.

In this capacity, I assisted the store manager with payroll processing, scheduling, and training of sales associates. In FY 2010, the store performed +2% to plan on the year and was on trend to do so for FY 2011 when I left in April 2012. In addition to all this, I successfully executed monthly floor sets, touch-bases with associates with regard to their Key Performance Indicators and client books, and was personally responsible for over $300,000 in sales in FY 2011.

Maximize efficiency and organization in processing daily shipments of merchandise, display props, store supplies and collateral.Ensure accurate and timely product flow onto sales floor.Maintain highest standards of inventory control when processing inter-store transfers, Return-to-Vendor shipments, and send-sales to minimize shrink.Prepare for and help supervise bi-yearly physical inventory process.Accurately process inventory control-generated drop shipment lists.Handle all supply ordering from Xpedx, OfficeMax, Creative Imaging, and Standard Electric.Responsible for maintaining store*s Sharepoint webpage by entering information pertaining to receipt of Xpedx items.Organize month-end paperwork for proper storage and keep daily paperwork properly filed and easily accessible.Generate weekly FedEx shipping reports for shipment reference and loss prevention purposes.Partner with Store Manager to alleviate problems with overshipment, undershipment, and assortment.Act as store*s liaison to Inventory Control for any discrepancies with receipt of merchandise, drop shipments, inter-store transfers and Return-to-Vendor shipments.
