I help lead a team of Student Success Managers (40+) who are responsible for supporting dedicated cohorts of students with the entire admissions process, academic advising support through graduation, as well as financial aid assistance. The primary goal is to expand transparency on processes and policies, improve the overall student experience from start to finish, improve retention and graduation rates, educate students with general financial aid responsibilities on being educated borrowers, and helping students maximize their educational and professional potential.

Leads a team of in office and virtual employees who support students in their academic journey from enrollment through graduation. Facilitate strategies for student success, improve job efficiency and production, and maintain a high team morale. I partner with many leaders in various departments (Dean's Office, Student Relations, Admissions, Financial Aid, Analysts, etc) to resolve various issues, enhance current or future processes, and better the internal and external customer experience.

Approve and process student enrollments by ensuring all necessary legal, academic, and financial aid documents are submitted properly and within their deadlines. I review and approve internal scholarships, handle student escalations, and help manage a team of student coordinators and admission advisers throughout pre and post enrollment processes.
