I work for UCLA Housing's Media Team (@uclahousing on all social media) as our Twitter Manager. My previous roles have been to attend events happening on campus and in the residential area, cover them on our social media outlets, and connect with people, serving as a representative of student life for UCLA, as well as serving as the Dining Representative, coordinating coverage of all dining events. As Twitter manager, I come up with creative, funny, and relatable strategies to engage our student population and keep them up to date as to what's going on in the community, as well as address any questions and concerns from students/parents.

I was elected manager of the fundraising department of UCLA Radio in May 2019 after 4 months of working at UCLA Radio. Being fundraising manager entails making sure we have consistent fundraisers throughout the school year to keep the station well funded, applying for grants, reading applications, interviewing, and hiring qualified interns, and orchestrating the station wide "Pledge Drive" that takes place the month of May, which is an enormous month long push to raise 90% of the money we use as a station. This involves organizing various events, working with other departments to make sure everything is lined up perfectly, and keeping the station motivated and energized to keep raising money. As a general member of UCLA Radio, I have hosted many shows, but most notably "Jukeboxx", which was a songwriter's lounge where I played original music with my co-host and we debrief our lyrics, inspiration, and process. The show was awarded Show of the Quarter of Fall 2019.

I worked as an employee at Wild Roots Organic Eats & Treats restaurant 6 days a week, and it gave me great experience in balancing a handful of skills on one single job. With only my boss and chef Lynne Foster and one other employee working at all times, we had to manage opening and closing every single day, customer service and answering phones, making smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and other specialized foods, cleaning up messes, washing and drying dishes and kitchen wear, cleaning the restaurant, and having great knowledge of our vast menu, as many of our customers chose us for our flexibility with allergies and lifestyle preferences.
