Hi I'm Mike Donaldson.I have worked in the Southern California financial and insurance industry since 2004 and came to Kessler Alair Insurance Services in 2008. Always having had an interest in business and finance, this line of work allows me to work directly with a variety of individuals, helping them grow and protect the financial positions and businesses that they have worked so hard to develop. I find it extremely satisfying to help individuals achieve their goals in a field where I can combine both knowledge and passion. My special areas of focus include Individual and Group/Company Health, Dental, Life, & Disability Insurance as well as Commercial Insurance services including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Business Owners and Professional Liability Policies, etc.One of the most satisfying aspects of my job is being able to help employers not only meet their needs as a business owner, but also to help meet the needs of a diverse group of their employees by providing reasonable coverage to protect their respective families and workforce, in a price competitive way.I am fluent in both Spanish and English, and spent 2 years serving as a religious missionary teaching in both languages. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children. I enjoy being active in many different types of sports as well as watching any local professional games that I get the opportunity to. I have previously completed multiple full marathons and continue to compete in new ones.I love the feeling of community demonstrated by individuals in my local area and I try and stay connected by actively participating in local community events, especially through my associations with local Chambers of Commerce, various programs through my local church, and through the numerous group and sports teams that my children are involved in.Sports Fan, SCUBA Diver and Insurance Agent!
