🎓I studied Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, a Masters of Science in Management & Corporate Governance at Ulster University, I hold Honours Degrees in Law, Marketing, Policing Studies and lastly a Diploma in E-Commerce.🏡I first invested in property in 2005, working through the global recession and financial crisis, I have over 19 years of personal Real Estate investment experience in Ireland, the United Kingdom and most recently Dubai.📜In 2021 I became a Licensed Real Estate Investment Professional by the Dubai Land Department.🪜Starting my Dubai Real Estate career in 2021 as a broker, with very little local knowledge, I worked tirelessly and after closing in excess of 250M AED in less than 10 months, I was quickly headhunted.🧠After much discussion and deliberation I accepted the challenge of building a new Exclusive Developments Division at one of Dubai’s leading Real Estate companies.💰During this time we achieved a new company sales record of 1 Billion AED worth of sales transactions in the month of October, 2022.🚀November 2022, I was headhunted yet again, I was offered a very exciting yet challenging opportunity at the award winning, Developer of the Year 2022 & 2023, DAMAC Properties. A challenge I accepted with enthusiasm; Director of International Sales.⭐️December 2023, I return to Dubai after building DAMAC’s International Sales Division in Europe, to begin the arduous process of creating my next High Performance Team (HPT) at a highly reputable, Global Real Estate Company.🔮I combine my love of Real Estate with my passion for future technologies. I continuously push boundaries, methodically examine and assess the Real Estate industry for opportunity and identify space for innovation.
