I am a Manager within EY's Strategy and Transactions practice focusing primarily on Federal accounts. As a program manager, I oversee multiple complex projects providing critical deliverables supporting federal clients.In a business development role, I regularly identify, coordinate, and manage opportunities across multiple Department of Defense Services and contract vehicles. In FY23 I led multiple pursuits resulting in $2.8 million in additional federal work.

I evaluate current and emerging strategic projects ensuring proper alignment with organizational strategic plans, adequate return on investment, and compliance with policies and regulations. I developed facility and workspaces for a new organization based on corporate strategy, work requirements, and federal regulations.I work closely with internal and external stakeholders identifying and addressing shared equities and points of contention for these strategic projects to maximize stakeholder buy-in and inform the 73,000-person organization’s decision-making process.

As part of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Process (PPBE), I produce strategic-level research and analysis on highly classified Special Operations Forces (SOF) programs regarding capabilities, requirements, and resources worth over $7 billion to form objective assessments and recommend appropriate resourcing allocation to effectively organize, train, and equip a 73,000 + person organization. • Led the formal review of two low return on investment legacy programs valued at over $250 million to facilitate reinvestment into more capable next-generation programs. • Co-authored U.S. Special Operations Command’s strategic resource allocation guidance for its annual Program Objective Memorandum 23-27; a 5-year, $67 billion program and resource allocation proposal as part of the organization's balance sheet optimization efforts.• Managed stakeholder analysis and communications across the Department of Defense and U.S. Congress for programs of strategic importance.• Planned the organizational design of U.S. Special Operations Command’s newest element responsible for achieving global strategic effects. Developed the three-year real estate strategy supporting the reallocation of current assets, construction of near-term temporary structures, and repurposing of future military construction projects to optimally support the organization's desired endstate.

I Led a 60-person cross-functional team of Special Operations Professionals, Logisticians, Intelligence and Marketing Analysts, Business Developers, Information Technology Specialists, and Linguists internationally in the planning and execution of extremely sensitive operations aimed at outperforming and countering international competitor efforts while minimizing costs. • Spearheaded over 100 targeted operations in a 6-month period; achieving all planned milestones and significantly improving the safety of international partners.• Developed and began implementation of a long-term business strategy and model providing U.S. Government leadership cost effective options to achieve its strategic goals internationally now and in the future.

I led a diverse 16-person team in the development, coordination, and synchronization of Special Operations in the Middle East and Africa.• Restructured a 450-person organization’s international business strategy and model to address global realignment from the Middle East to Northern Africa resulting in a flawless transition of efforts and unprecedented mission success.• Established and nurtured key relationships with senior executives in other organizations to facilitate successful integration and implementation of his organization’s initiatives.

I directed a 400-person cross-functional team responsible for training, advising, and assisting the Afghan Military in over 100 full-spectrum security operations enabling their ability to operate independently across Afghanistan.• Managed $135 million in inventory and operational funding (including operational equipment, transportation, aircraft, and support contracts) throughout eight international locations resulting in 100% operational readiness.• Partnered and fostered relationships with international colleagues developing Afghanistan’s premier military forces and ensuring security and safety for over 5,000 personnel.

I managed and oversaw the preparation, deployment, and combat operations of a 900-person Special Operations Task Force. • Implemented and synchronized highly effective staffing efforts, directed actions, and ensured the Operations, Support, and Communication Centers functioned flawlessly. Supervised a senior staff responsible for supporting over 1,000 combat operations throughout Eastern Afghanistan.• Supervised the execution of over $20 million in expenditures for facility improvement and equipment acquisition.

I managed a 27-person multi-discipline Special Programs Division responsible for the development and coordination of plans, policies, and capabilities to execute full-spectrum classified Special Operations. • Integrated and fostered relationships with key personnel and offices within USASOC, USSOCOM, Headquarters Department of the Army, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Interagency Partners supporting major organizational projects.• Led multiple projects regarding identity protection/management, human resource management, and selective talent acquisition resulting in new professional development pathways supporting desired strategic changes to the organization.

I led a diverse 12-person cross-functional team and managed $5 million in inventory (including vehicles, medical equipment, IT equipment, and operational gear) resulting in 100% readiness.• Oversaw the development and execution of an eight-week international program of instruction and engagement plan for the Pakistani Military. • Directed a 28-person international training team consisting of 18 U.S. Military, 6 British and 2 interpreters in the development and execution of an 8-week course establishing a Pakistani Training Center, certified 50 instructors, and trained more than 200 Pakistani students basic and advanced military skills supporting the U.S. Government’s strategic plans for border stabilization.

I managed and oversaw key support staff of a 115-person organization to facilitate three separate Operations Managers’ efforts.• Spearheaded maintenance and accountability for more than $4 million worth of operational equipment always ensuring 100% readiness.• Orchestrated logistical movement of all equipment, including 16 vehicles and 5 intermodal shipping containers, internationally via rail and container ships ensuring availability for operational use.

I led, trained, and employed a 30-person team of infantry soldiers internationally.• Planned and executed more than 25 high-risk military operations in Afghanistan significantly increasing security within the region.• Managed the logistical support, security, and daily operations of a critical remote operating base housing115 personnel facilitating stability operations countering enemy influence in Afghanistan.
