Leading a team of cybersecurity professionals getting NGIC in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF). When I was with the Govt. I was leading and providing oversight, guidance, supervision, mentoring and management of a diverse staff of supervisors and teams to ensure the system availability, data integrity and confidentiality of approximately 3,500 classified Information Technology (IT) systems. Designing quality assurance and process improvements. Managing workload distribution and staffing requirements. Communicating orally and in writing with agencies or organizations outside and within the Government to assess their needs, provide or obtain information or assistance, and improve relationships. Experience and understanding of IT Portfolio Management and IT Governance. Capable of both tactical and strategic thinking and execution.
