Designed and constructed the core of an environmentally friendly plastics recycling plant. This required developing a synchronized array of 10 high pressure liquid carbon dioxide cleaning machines to produce 6,000 pound per hour of clean recycled plastic. Responsibilities included: • project management• bill of materials documentation• cost estimating• embedded work crew supervision• P&ID design• system layout• process piping specification and construction• mechanical and program modifications to machinery • component procurement and installation

Led an international engineering team to produce the high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide dry cleaning machines previously designed at Carr Engineering Associates.
