Primary advisor to Commander in all matters pertaining to formulating and implementing policies concerning the morale, welfare, discipline, training, development, and safety of a staff of 55 personnel and five subordinate units.

Navy Munitions Command Pacific, East Asia Division Unit Guam

Responsible for the management and training of a 75 member enlisted force personnel at the largest of all overseas weapons depots. Scheduled and managed the maintenance of 26 million dollars of ordnance. Supported the ordnance support and delivery of 120 tons of ordnance for joint service operation.

Littoral Combat Ship, Mine Countermeasures Detachment Two

Led and managed a team chosen to evaluate revolutionary mine-hunting systems during the development and testing phases of DOD acquisition. Developed, tested, and validated new equipment and procedures drastically increasing safety and efficiency of U.S. mine-countermeasures capabilities.

Afloat Training Group San Diego

Responsible for training and assessing the Mine Warfare Fleet in mine countermeasure operations stateside and forward deployed and reporting to senior officers to determine, generate, and implement mitigating controls for safety and process improvement. Played essential role in the redesign of training methodology amongst all U.S. Navy Surface Forces.

Nrs Oregon City

Supervised and motivated 20 recruiters and 120 civilians. Managed seven recruiting stations and $150k in minor property. Exceed all fiscal year goals by 30%. Trained recruiters and Recruiters in Charge to complete qualifications ahead of schedule maximizing mission effectiveness that resulted in a 95% retention rate and seven personnel promotions.
