In this role I had a wide range of direct responsibilities, including building out financial models and frameworks, leading account teams, developing remote delivery models, and building out Slalom Denver's technology consulting practice.

The goal of the Accenture Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization was to establish a best-in-class set of global capabilities that could scale across a wide range of clients, supported by a single organization with a single set of processes and technology platforms. I was a member of the founding executive team of Accenture’s BPO organization tasked with building out Accenture’s global BPO offerings, including Learning, Human Resources, Procurement, and Finance. In this role, I managed a global team located in North America, Asia, Europe, and Australia, and I worked with many of the world’s leading companies in a wide range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications, government, financial services, software, and professional services.

DiamondCluster, now PWC Advisory Services, was a global management consultancy focused on providing business and technology strategy services to many of the world’s leading companies, with offices throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East. I was a Manager in Diamond’s Technology Strategy practice. In this role, I partnered with clients in the healthcare and insurance industries to develop holistic business and technology strategies.

I was a Manager in Accenture’s consulting organization and served as a member of Accenture’s Communications & High Tech and Global Architecture & Core Technologies practices. I held a wide range of roles on projects during my time at Accenture, including product management, software development, and program delivery roles. I partnered with leading organizations on strategic enterprise initiatives in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, software and media.
