- Designed and developed a mobile version of Google's indexing system's dashboard, which is an end-to-end sever-client Android charting application (written in JAVA).- Offers a mobile solution to Google's existing indexing System Dashboard, which is a valuable internal tool used by about 50 Google Search engineers / day.- Stored data using Google's NoSQL App Engine data-store. Supports any number of graphs with any number of variables with any number of data points, where a data point represents a time and a value.- Created a JAVA server ap hosted on Google App Engine.- Transferred serialized data between client and server via Google Protocol Buffers.

Designed, developed and deployed a multi-user, split Microsoft Access database for Plant Supervisors to store employee training completions. Written in VB. Supported about 40 users, 800 employees, administrative accounts, and employee accounts. Still in use as of 9/28/2012. Designed and developed an employee-arrival-tracking tool using 20 barcode scanners and Microsoft Access. Also programmatically generated barcodes based on unique employee identifiers for about 800 employees. Written in Visual Basic / VBA.  Met with Plant managers weekly to discuss project implementation and design aspects. Locked-down and was responsible for 4 critical plant floor workstations displaying production information from nearby plants. Often wrote VB scripts to perform silent tasks.

 Developed and maintained solutions for implementing Michigan’s Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation process for state assistance programs, which is effectively driven by JAVA. Discovered and developed fixes to bugs, saving the state thousands of dollars in most cases. Met with Department of Human Services representatives weekly to discuss implementation of new/modified policy. Worked with large scale database driven web applications / MVC architecture - HTML/JSP front end and Oracle back end.
