Led annual budgeting process, provided monthly execution oversight, CEO/Board of Trustees reporting, and direct consultation and guidance to technical groups (to include strategic direction, teaming, bid/no bid decisions, staff acquisition/termination, etc.) Ensured effective cooperation/collaboration among operating groups as well as with Altarum back-office activities. • Successfully led aggressive growth of Altarum client-facing revenue (from $65 million to $85 million) and technical staff (from 250 to 300) during this time period, as well as significant diversification of Altarum’s technical portfolio.• Conducted (along with CEO and CFO) an analysis of government and commercial healthcare marketplace, resulting in identification of high-leverage acquisition which could support each of the existing technical groups to expand their services and client base. Responsible for integration of this acquisition with other Altarum technical groups and internal infrastructure groups.• Reorganized group structure and developed enhanced monthly reporting process to ensure timely line of sight on key performance indicators, allow for early identification of problems, offer opportunities for mentoring and learning for senior and middle management level staff, and to provide a platform for guidance with respect to the allocation of scarce resources.• Communicated financial and technical performance with CEO on an ongoing informal and formal monthly basis.
