Customer Experience and Marketing leader with almost a decade of experience in the energy industry.I'm currently the Director of Customer Experience and Marketing for PSEG Long Island. In this role I lead the organization's overall Customer Experience strategy, supporting our 1.2 million customers on Long Island. I oversee our Customer Technology, Marketing, Customer Intelligence, Economic Development, Large Customer and SMB Support, Community Partnerships, Customer Relations, and Process Improvement groups. At Con Edison I led the Integrated Marketing function within one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the nation. In this role, I built a new marketing team that supported key program/product initiatives across both Con Edison and Orange & Rockland (subsidiary) in the areas of Clean Energy, Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles, Customer Operations, Safety, and Digital Self-Service Tools. Prior to Con Edison, I worked with another one of the nation's largest energy companies at National Grid. In my 5 years with the organization I held various roles in Energy Efficiency Marketing, Customer & Community Outreach, and Key Account Management.Before I transitioned into the energy space, I held various Customer Success, Marketing Technology, and Product Marketing related roles with Experian Marketing Services, The NPD Group, and Informa.
