• Monitor daily departure delays caused by fueling. Assist Manager investigating root causes of flight delays caused by fueling operations • Negotiate and manage into-plane fueling services contracts with service level agreements• Support Fuel Supply, Fuel Logistics and Fuel Finance groups• Work with Accounts Payable and Airport Operations to plan and facilitate fueling service provider transitions• Assist Manager to ensure the Company’s fueling infrastructure requirements are met by working with Airport Authorities, Fuel Facility Owners / Operators, Fuel Service Contractors, Other Airlines and Fueling Consortia • Manage the Fueling Metrics Databases and develop Tableau based reports to evaluate station/business partner performance and identify areas for improvement• Assist Manager to manage and develop Company budget for all fuel service fees; investigate and explain variances versus plan to Fuel; work with Accounting and other Fuel Analysts to validate invoices and ensure proper authorization for consortium / into-plane contracts• Manage Inter-company issues/billing/cost allocations to ensure the best interests of the company are achieved• Lead and preside over small/medium fueling consortiums; manage and select service providers for the effective operation of these consortia; work with service providers to develop the annual budget• Develop business cases for new fueling infrastructure for review by consortia and AA management• Contribute cross-functionally to support corporate/group objectives

• Directs receipt, storage and issue operations for petroleum, cryogenic, and alternative fuel products. Forecasts requirements, places orders for products, and product receipt operations.• Ensures proper handling and segregation of products received and verifies quantity and quality.• Manages, operates, and maintains storage and dispensing facilities. Rotates stock to prevent product quality degradation.• Prepares and adheres to international partner contracts to ensure fuel support is readily available to coalition and US forces.• Manage accounting processes in accordance with all Defense Logistics Agency guidelines and federal laws. Ensures timely and accurate billing of all product shipments, receipts and sales.
