Obtain required licenses and permits to ensure full compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards. Direct daily department operations including, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, adherence to federal, state and local standards and meeting participation and facilitation. Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward. Oversee more than 500 residential units and three (3) employees. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all property grounds and units within them including: exterior cleanliness, presentation of all accessible walkways, stairwells and laundry rooms; exterior and interior electrical diagnosis/ repair; exterior and interior plumbing diagnosis/ repair; diagnosis exterior and interior building structure to identify points needing repair and determining the best way to address problem areas; scheduling of licensed contractors and/or certified repair personnel when needed; ordering necessary supplies on company credit card for business purposes; notifying tenants of pre-determined date and time for unit inspections and temporary power/ water shut off periods for repairs; prompt response to every scheduled repair and appointment set with tenants, contractors, certified workers, and corporate personnel.

Support the preproduction development effort for the near term and manufacturing support as needed based on volume of work. Provided ongoing and flexible support to the production engineering staff. Material preparation and loading into production equipment. Monitoring of 3D printing equipment, robot, and unloading of parts. Maintaining run charts and first level process control monitoring. Separating and cleaning of parts after production completions. Part cleaning and preparation for furnace operation (hand work). Other special projects as needed.

Repaired flat tires using either the patch or plug methods. Dismounted and mounted new tires; replaced valve stems and wheel sensors. Worked to replace brake pads, rotors and to resurface the rotors. Test drove cars to diagnose problems prior to service and again after completing repairs. Provided regular preventative maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, replacement of belts, spark plugs, batteries, and other components. Other functions of my job included changing shocks, drive shafts and full suspensions; oil changes; and two- and four-wheel alignments on all makes and models of vehicles. Trained to repair a multitude of equipment for machine shops. Traveled to machine shops that were down due to equipment failure.
