Current• Manages all Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) communications, mass media, and public relations activities including planning, development, implementation, and assessment. • Oversees editorial processes and operations related to a diverse set of projects ranging from online, digital, and print material to media and outreach. • Creates content for, and the regular maintenance of, the public Tufts CTSI website that promotes and supports all CTSI research and management activities.• Provides leadership and guidance while managing the combined communications and related public relations strategy for Tufts CTSI and the CTSI-related work of more than 30 Tufts CTSI partners and collaborators. • Coordinates online activities for Tufts CTSI's website and social media channels, and am directly involved with the development and implementation of systems and processes including: internal and external e-newsletters, press releases, presentations, templates, and annual reports, and setting policies related to web and social media content management and messaging of the Tufts CTSI organizational mission. • Creates digital and print marketing collateral and communication materials, and functions as the central point of contact for receiving and distributing communications related to the functioning of the Tufts CTSI Central Office. • Contributes to the development of high-level documents such as grant and other proposals, communications plans, and executive-focused communications materials (slide decks, talking points, reports, marketing materials, and other dissemination vehicles).
