With 7.5+ years of work experience in information technology, I am a skilled and versatile IT specialist who can handle various tasks and challenges. I currently work as an Information Technology Specialist at Southwest Tennessee Community College, where I provide IT support and services to the faculty, staff, and students, as well as manage the hazardous materials inventory and disposal. I also own and operate Cortez PC Building, a successful business that offers custom-built PCs to customers with high satisfaction ratings. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Memphis, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Southwest Tennessee Community College. I have strong skills in time management, information technology, and hazardous materials, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance. I am passionate about providing quality IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and employers, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams that share the same vision and mission.
