I am a Partner with DLA Piper. In my practice I work on general corporate/commercial matters, including debt and corporate/equity financing for private companies, as well as business acquisitions. I act for a wide range of clients, throughout the company life cycle from startup, through growth, in a range of industries, including in software, hi-technology, video games and entertainment. Commercial Experience - I advise clients on a variety of commercial matters, from company formation and shareholder agreements, through licensing and sales agreements, to consumer facing documents, such as website terms of use, privacy policies and EULAs. Corporate Finance Experience - I have acted for many different parties, from founders/entrepreneurs, companies anywhere in the life cycle from startup through exit, and investors, primarily for technology companies.Business Acquisition Experience - In addition to financing transactions, I have also acted on many private and public business acquisition (M&A) transactions, including asset and share sales, on behalf of buyers, sellers, and target companies.
