As CEO, I lead a team of highly experienced real estate professionals who acquire, develop and operate retail, multifamily and mixed-use real estate in Chicago. I built Newcastle to help clients use real estate strategically to achieve mission objectives more quickly, at a lower cost and with less risk. Delivering on this promise, Newcastle has grown into a respected investment firm. Newcastle Limited is a growth-oriented, employee-focused real estate firm. An entrepreneurial investor with institutional backing, we can deploy large amounts of capital and close deals quickly. We are long-term owners and self-manage a portfolio of multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties across Chicago through our Reside Living and Newcastle Retail Management brands. Our portfolio includes 3K apartments and 650K SF of retail space managed by a team of 150.Our mission is to provide the best urban real estate experience for our residents and retail tenants, and value for our capital partners.
