Other than real estate in rural areas, CanAm has also successfully executed investments in oil & gas exploration and broadband developments. Redeployment / non EB5 equity and debt – CanAm is seeking to originate mezz loans, pref equity and/or JV equity investments in attractive development (or value add) projects across the US generating attractive risk adjusted returns. Investment amounts of $15-30 million are ideal.
