Marketing Manager
Current• Lead the strategic development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure their execution to support customer engagement in key product areas for both regional and global markets.• Set key parameters (audience, CTA, featured product, etc.) for marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with commercial growth/retention, revenue, audience engagement and other key performance indicators (KPIs).• Decide measurable goals for marketing campaigns to track, monitor and report on ROI.• Collaborate with Marketing Insights, Sales and other specialized teams to test and optimize high impact and personalized campaign journeys.• Manage T&F’s Advanced Learning - Americas B2B regional budget, ensuring investment is placed in high value/return areas.• Interpret customer/user data and provide recommendations to better enhance content localisation and adaptation based on customer needs, setting high standards for planning and deliverables.
