Porting Specialist
Current• Handle escalated customer calls• Consistently outperform peers’ completed caseloads by 30%+ • Assist in training new team members• Send, scan, collect, organize and update customer data; save and update customer files• Communicate porting statuses with customers via phone and email• Submit trouble tickets to providers for any porting issues• Follow up with customers and, communicate and collect any missing or incomplete paperwork• Cross trained across multiple departments to best assist customer needs
