    Provide technical leadership and project oversight on the POS systems within the IHOP community. Manage and maintain $1 to $2M in Point of Sale (POS) and related hardware for all locations in nine states. Acted as Project Lead on 50 plus new store/acquisition of store openings since 2010.* Selected and implemented the current service ticketing system, which minimized overhead costs and resulted in a drastic reduction in work stoppage (50-60%) at the store level since. * Identified opportunity for cost savings for Romulus in Logistics by creating and establishing new ways of delivering equipment, including an over $5K savings in shipping in November 2014 when Romulus acquired 16 new locations in two states by personally driving, delivering and installing the new POS equipment.* Collaborated with Director of IT to implement budgets for new store openings and have come in consistently at or below the budgets created. * Automated/Manual batch file system for upgrades of software and changes required by company for POS. Coordinated with vendor, ROSnet, to create numerous time saving procedures for store level system management.* Work directly with IHOP corporate to test and implement the latest POS devices and software in a lab and live environments and provide detailed data as to the success or failure of the tests.* Created an intercommunity support group for resolution to issues involving the hardware and POS software called IHOP Tech Group. Work in coordination of any IHOP IT support systems and to any other outside persons/people needing support
