I am currently the proud Director of Philadelphia's Microsoft Technology Center, where I get to work with a great team and most large organizations in the area to enact positive organizational disruption. Philly is proud to have one of 15 Microsoft Technology Centers in North America.I've led the creation of new technology-driven startup businesses from inception to best-in-class scale for Fortune 30 businesses, including Amazon and Comcast. I've owned my own and been a part of highly successful startups within and outside of large organizations. And I've launched many major customer-facing transformative businesses and tech from - to name a few - multiple online marketplaces providing hundreds of millions in outbound payment, to subscription services, financial platforms (due to high growth needs), ecommerce and customer care that have revolutionized businesses. More: I remain diligent and hands on from writing and presenting strategy to driving execution, while building the right team to exceed initial goals and delight both customers and users, along with the organization itself. I have an extensive background with a consistent focus on all aspects of the online space. I envision, create, manage, design, enhance and revolutionize high-profile online products through all phases of the product lifecycle. I define the vision and work nonstop to execute, while remaining agile and responsive along the way. I have many examples of being a creative and strategic thinker who understands and addresses external and internal stakeholder needs with proper priority. And I am equally adept at setting strategic vision, managing a team of delivery personnel and completing hands-on tasks in small, mid-size and Fortune 100 work environments, including interactions with all levels of personnel.I've created massive business growth multiple times for multiple companies, while focusing on metrics-based decisions, and the heart of customers. I am passionate about design, usability, and the overall experience and have learned and implement many of the best practices associated with successful business and technical design.
