Current- Process employee records in accordance with agency policy, state and federal law, and certification requirements
- Process changes in HRIS and time and attendance systems
- Conduct New Employee Orientations, including collecting and verifying required new hire documentation
- Perform background checks in compliance with multiple regulatory agencies
- Coordinate computer, email, and phone system setups for new hires
- Administer health benefits through various carriers, including coordinating open enrollment, providing individual benefits counseling, and completing enrollment and termination of benefits; ensure effective.
