Designed and built a next generation fulfillment planning engine that uses a rules inference engine and network flow algorithms to determine optimal order fulfillment from multiple distribution centers. Certain factors are configurable at runtime to allow customization and tweaking. Fulfillment from multiple distribution centers can be optimized for different factors including cost and time. I also created a set of support and troubleshooting tools using WPF and WCF including a log file aggregator and search utility that can search multiple log files for various criteria. I also created WPF applications deployed via the web to allow managing of configurable data elements. Built workflows that routed fingerprint and other biometric data between systems including AFIS systems, FBI, local and state agencies, and criminal history systems. Created interfaces to the various entities using various technologies including web services, Websphere MQ, MSMQ, HTTPS and FTP / FTPS. Designed and built a plug-in based communications service using WCF that allows for plug and play communications between various endpoints. I also built an ASP.Net page for an agency to enable them to view and edit demographic data for persons in their system.
