My production team is responsible for coordination between the Production Operations Team (Shop) and the Engineering teams for resolution of issues on the Airplane Systems and Mission Systems where the Shop has exhausted their ability to resolve the issue. These Airplane Captains document and status the various squawks and test findings uncovered during Production Acceptance Test (PAT) events, which will include customer reviews on the status of the Squawks, and specific actions taken to resolve the issues.
