Served as link between Vermeer and its distributors in the areas of business development, new dealer searches, and succession planning. Managed the dealer performance measurement program, using business metrics to identify trends and areas of strength (best practices) and opportunity.

Led a team of talented training specialists who were responsible for designing, developing and delivering a wide range of learning programs for Vermeer's construction equipment dealerships. Programs included service technician training, sales representative training and parts specialist training. Programs were delivered in multiple methods such as classroom and online, in the field or at the OEM. Oversaw the implementation of a service technician certification program.
