Thereby substantially improving student outcomes, program rankings, and the overall revenue model. *Program rankings improved from 55 to top 20 within two years of implementation. Focused on strategic partnerships, workforce management, opportunistic outsourcing, educational technology implementation, anytime/anywhere access to resources, virtualization, and automation. Implemented school-wide strategic planning for information technology, leveraging virtual and cloud based environments.Partnered with Microsoft to develop and deploy the first Live@EDU presence in the University System.Designed and executed the 2014 strategy to relocate the entire Darla Moore School of Business technology footprint from the existing Moore School to the newly designed Moore School.
