Gather the candidate's interview tips and pass them on to another potential candidate, noting them down for future reference.• Sending a provisional offer to the applicant after getting it from the client, as well as keeping in touch with them until the completion of the onboarding process to ensure they start.• Seeking references from candidates and using Recruiter lite to search for niche skills on LinkedIn.• If necessary, communicating with external stakeholders.• Have a thorough understanding of UK tax terms such as IR35 in scope and IR35 out of scope. Understanding of the many types of visas available in the United Kingdom, as well as the various levels of security clearance.
