Prior to July 2014, served as Director of Community Ed for Rockwood School District.◦ Program is self-funded requiring the consistent delivery of high quality, fee-based programs and ongoing budget oversight to ensure financial viability. Program has realized over 100% revenue growth during my tenure, and now serves more than 50,000 participants per year.◦ Streamlined operations across the department, resulting in increased efficiencies and an improve customer experience for internal and external audiences. Examples include centralizing operations and instituting improved electronic services for customers.◦ Program is recognized as a leader in lifelong learning among public schools across North America.◦ Under my leadership, program has been recipient of multiple awards, including East-West Gateway Council of Governments 2014 Outstanding Local Government Achievement Award for Exemplary Intergovernmental Collaboration and the Learning Resources Network 2014 International Award for Innovative Practice in Business and Industry.
