Served as an executive with responsibilities over legal and various business operations for the country’s largest association management company with $120M in annual revenues operating in five states. My role is very unique in that I'm charged with all aspects of the legal affairs for the company and its subsidiaries, while serving to lead several components of its corporate operations. I'm a trusted advisor and tactician supporting the leadership team, C-suite executives, board of directors, and client executives on legal and business matters. I built the company's legal function and managed all its legal affairs, including transactions of all kinds, M&A, contracts, real estate, employment issues, corporate governance, and our company's ESOP. In my operations role, I’ve been involved in expansive growth management, overseeing facilities, buildouts, and space designs--leading these projects from beginning to completion. I have established operational policies, processes, and systems upgrades and improvements. I have had oversight for three client servicing units, responsible for their HR matters, product/service development, marketing, strategy, financial management, and growth planning.I'm honored my executive collogues have routinely viewed me as a business leader, not just a company lawyer, and have entrusted me with various critical projects not traditionally charged to a legal unit.
