The teams I work with mostly focus on NIH grants, but I also work on NSF, DARPA, and private foundation grants. I also oversee communications for the Institute for Engineering in Medicine: newsletters, web content, reports, and a regular boatload of important internal emails. As a freelancer, I help companies and individuals with scientific communications and grant writing.

I researched and wrote a number of pieces for internal and client use: research reports, research reviews, and data analysis. Along the way, I learned a ton about statistical analysis and the complex research at the root of successful enterprises.

I taught writing, chemistry, history, literature, philosophy, and Scripture to students in grades 7-12. I also led and contributed to a number of special projects: a parent handbook, the revision of several course curricula, a program to help Trinity students get college credit while in high school, an accreditation process, and teacher training.
