Integration Support Manager
CurrentResponsible for the implementation of services and provisions for new accounts and the installation of expanded services for existing customers/payers. Responsible for queries and other tools to ensure smooth migration of data. Duties include the identification, definition, management, and fulfillment of processes, architecting solutions for clients, resolving payer CARC, RARC, payment routing issues, and troubleshooting technical issues for high-level providers.• EDI - Manage EDI team; set all policies and procedures; championed training and education• 835 - Subject Matter Expert for the 835 product internally and with vendors and clients• X12 - Part of X12 Standing meetings (3+ years)
