- My current employment, after transferring from another position within the same company.- Working within a small, close-knit team along with several other "client-facing" departments in the firm.- Primary duties include the organization, implementation and supervision of all audio/visual equipment and software used by the firm. This is typically applied to boardroom meetings, video conferences and events.-Software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex is frequently used for our video conferencing, in conjunction with various audio/visual c control systems and appliances to create a convenient and immersive experience for our clients.- In addion to daily tasks, other secondary projects might involve setting up larger equipment pieces in preparation for firm events , performing maintenance and software updates on all machines, or general inventory taking and asset management.

- Stationed within the central kitchen of the 7 office floors that the firm occupies in the First Canadian Place.- Worked in a very closely structured and hierarchical team-oriented environment, communicating with with multiple different groups and departments both within and outside of the hospitality field.-Everyday tasks of this position always tested my ability to communicate and coordinate efficiently with coworkers, in order to ensure that clients are served and accommodated in a timely manner.-Outside of normal duties, many of the different events, functions, and large-scale meal services required me to think critically and create appropriate solutions to any problems that came up. This might've included table placing, decoration, dietary restrictions, or last-minute changes.

- Began this occupation as a seasonal employee for the holidays, but soon after gained a permanent position due to outstanding performance and reliability.- Worked at three different locations, each varying in size, layout, customer traffic and coworkers. This situation allowed me to show my ability to adapt and work well in any group or team environment, even ones that were changed frequently.- Faced several challenges throughout a shift that tested my critical thinking and problem solving skills. Problematic customer, long busy periods and issues around the location were all frequently present.
