Supervised a team of Internal Investment Consultants responsible for raising and retaining Allianz assets through proactive phone calls to financial advisors and providing sales support to the External Investment Consultants. Was responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships with advisors as well as cultivating new relationships to increase sales within the territory. -Organized weekly meetings for Internal Investment Consultants to discuss current issues, explore sales ideas and implement strategies to promote sales growth.-Critiqued Internal Investment Consultants through a quarterly grading system and monitored their daily activity. -Attended weekly meetings with senior management to prioritize call campaigns, voice sales desk concerns and discuss ways to improve overall service to financial advisors.-Communicated with the External Divisional Sales Manager to provide updates on internal sales desk campaigns and activities.-Marketed Allianz mutual funds, separately managed accounts and closed end funds, to financial advisors.
