However, there came a moment of clarity and determination in my life where I deemed mediocrity unacceptable and embarked on a proactive journey to transcend the average. My passion for healthcare stems from a background in Psychology and now working with emerging healthcare technology solutions & providers to significantly shape the future of our society. Supporting the connection between innovators and health systems as well as understanding the key differentiating points of value to accelerate solutions.Navigating the growing complexities of the healthcare environment is not easy. Healthcare innovation is crucial for the benefit of mankind. However, the adoption of healthcare innovation hinges on two things: LEADERSHIP and getting proper ACCESS. And the truth is, many companies won’t make it because they simply can’t get access. Getting access has everything to do with building “relationship equity” with others. For the last 15+ years, my special gift has been constructing systematic processes [combining neuroscience and psychology] to build relationship equity in an authentic fashion to get access. Whether it’s access to ideal customers, strategic partners, and/or investment - the principles remain the same. This craft is taken quite seriously, which means I'm in the trenches daily doing deliberate practice, measuring what works & learning from mistakes.
