Team Management: In my experiences both as a restaurant manager and a Regional Vice President, I have revitalized the teams I manage(d). Within the restaurant, I solved for low employee retention and productivity by directly addressing root causes, creating a dynamic and newly-functioning team. As RVP, I steered our chapter through COVID to ensure its continued existence post-pandemic from a dwindling activity rate. I reworked how employees or volunteers could participate for the greater good of the respective teams, brought on new employees, and inspired existing members to take on more responsibilities as a win-win for both parties. As a RVP currently, I foster a community of communication, empathetic honesty, and proactivity. Sales & Customer Service: From restaurant host to investment accounts sales, my experience has been in directly forming relationships with my clients; assessing their needs, desires, and dreams; troubleshooting for unique and comprehensive solutions; and following through on the execution and delivery of said product individually and with my team. Fulfilling the clients needs without sacrificing the integrity of my team has been one of my favorite challenges to navigate in all of my jobs.
