About Michael Stapleton

An experienced strategy and growth professional, Michael is the CEO and co-founder of Leopard, an insurtech startup working to revolutionize life insurance and annuities distribution. Prior to starting Leopard he spent a few years at Policygenius, first on the Strategy & BizOps team and eventually as the VP & General Manager of Policygenius Pro, the company's B2B offering. Michael joined Policygenius after being a management consultant at L.E.K., the largest global strategy consulting firm.
