Sample projects include:• System Harmonization/IT Enablement Project: Performed in multiple roles to include Manufacturing Tower Lead for Czech-based production facility, EU Regional Lead for testing, cutover, and hyper care; and as the Organizational Change Management Team liaison on company-wide effort to simplify processes and systems by harmonizing technology.• Private Brands Group (PBG) SAP Integration: Co-Lead on post-Energizer Acquisition Project to transition production and operations systems to SAP. Actively participated in business blueprint, realization, deployment, and hyper-care support activities. Systems integrations completed simultaneously for PBG locations in Verona, VA, Knoxville, TN, and Obregon, Mexico.• New Product Launch: Developed and implemented a stage/gate new product launch process to strategically and logically manage delivery considering all aspects of the business organization. Utilized project management tools, skills, and cross- functional team dynamics to successfully launch 18 new shaving products and/or derivatives between 2006-2010 resulting in a 48% improved speed-to-market, greater focus on customer attributes, and improved product and process quality. • Lean Production Planning Management: Leadership role for development, implementation, training, and continuous improvement of Kanban based Heijunka production management processes and material flow via lean methodologies across global manufacturing facilities. Completed implementation for both Wet Shaving and Industrial divisions involving two US and four international facilities. Achieved customer order fill performance improvement from low 70% range to a consistent 98+% and improved inventory turns from 4.2 to 5.0 with global sales growth of 52%.
