CBS has really strengthened my academic foundation through a profound and broad theoretical knowledge of strategy, leadership and organizing including both more conventional theories and tools as well as newer, social constructivist theories as such. Stacey's theories. I can, thus, navigate within the dominant management discourse and also incorporate key elements from newer competing theoretic paradigms My work at CBS has also clearly strengthened my ability to challenge the preconceptions myself and others. It is in my view an essential prerequisite in order to truly develop through the analysis and thus creating more and better options. I have also become much more aware that a problem should be analysed from multiple perspectives as there is rarely one single cause, and because the perspective often dictates the possible solutions. In my teaching I lay great emphasis on an inclusive and practise orientated that is with an experimental approach including role playing and self-reflection. My time at the Tivoli Gardens taught me extensively about problem solving in complex situations involving many internal and external stakeholders. Examples include (1) facilitating the development of a common strategy, Growth 2009, through gathering extensive market and consumer data, reviewing internal capabilities to developing a new KPI system, (2) negotiating the termination of an irrevocable contract subject to Japanese law, and (3) obtaining the permission to build the 80 m. high ride Star Flyer initially rejected by the municipally of Copenhagen. At Kromann Reumert I acquired significant experience in advising delivering high quality often under considerable time pressure. I clearly sharpened my sense of logic, rigor, the ability to see the strengths and weaknesses of an argument, and not least the need to develop feasible solutions - not just identifying problems.I developed my role as a commercial advisor in a leading company advising many different types of companies giving me a broad knowledge of a range of businesses and industries.Commercial law with a special focus on contract law, company law, and M&A being the project manager on several transactions. Achieved significant experience with delivering high quality advice - often under considerable time pressure.

Through my work in Parliament, I got an important insight into the political work and strengthened my ability to act in a political context. As a political consultant, I clearly strengthened my ability to see trough even very complex issues under considerable time pressure and my ability to communicate both the essence and the details in a comprehensive manner. The job also gave me a unique insight into the modernization of the public sector, including the cross-pressures that many public organizations must operate under.Finally, working with Venstre gave me a broad knowledge of companies and industries as the coordinator through seven years of the Liberal Business Club, Venstres forum for dialogue between management and the business top and as the responsible for establishing a network for the opinion leaders of tomorrow on the behalf of Lars Lokke Rasmussen (Havreholm Group).Political sparring partner and press officer, including responsibility for preparing speeches, presentations, letters to the editor, background notes and press handling.
