CBS has really strengthened my academic foundation through a profound and broad theoretical knowledge of strategy, leadership and organizing including both more conventional theories and tools as well as newer, social constructivist theories as such. I can, thus, navigate within the dominant management discourse and also incorporate key elements from newer competing theoretic paradigms My work at CBS has also clearly strengthened my ability to challenge the preconceptions myself and others. It is in my view an essential prerequisite in order to truly develop through the analysis and thus creating more and better options. I have also become much more aware that a problem should be analysed from multiple perspectives as there is rarely one single cause, and because the perspective often dictates the possible solutions. In my teaching I lay great emphasis on an inclusive and practise orientated that is with an experimental approach including role playing and self-reflection.
