Things are constantly changing; that IS the "status quo". The primary concern, then, is to ensure things are changing constantly for the better.I also strive to realize the highest and best use of my attention, time, and energy and to promote the same among those within my sphere of influence, because thriving people are productive people.Recent projects include the standing up of remote workforce development programs, compliance and training improvements and remediation, and strategies to build robust instructional, safety, and quality management systems. I've delivered measurable results in these and other areas--both within and outside the aviation industry. For example, I've reduced program costs by nearly half within the first twelve months as department head and established systems and expert teams enabling two previous employers to eliminate or drastically reduce my position upon my departure.Does your organization have an established track-record of eclipsing and redefining industry standards?
