Finance/economic:• Preparation of internal monthly financial statements, analysis of the other managers.• Preparation and follow-up on PnL (revenue and EBIT) • Reporting to the group, monthly PnL down to EBIT. Quarterly full consolidation with reconciliation of Interco (PnL and BS), adjustments to IFRS, calculation of current and deferred tax. All reporting to the group made in Hyperion.• Clearing currency to the group.• Annual production of strategic "3 Years Plan" containing the vision, mission and values and an action plan. • Preparation and follow-up on budgets/Fore cast.• Preparation and submission of financial presentations (local, Nordic and Group)• Lease/rental agreements in Denmark, contracts, credit approval of contracts • Business Analytics and Business Intelligence (profitability of business areas)• M & A (valuation, acquisition of companies, due diligence). • Internal audit in the European part of Neopost.Management:• Part of the management team of 4 people.• Strategic and operational level.• Head of Finance and Administration department including purchasing and logistics.• Personnel Liability for 8 people including coaching and supervision – MUS/PPM and salary discussions IT:• Participated in the introduction of CRM/Sales Force• Participated in implementing SAP• Reporting in Hyperion• Contact with external IT consultants (procurement of consultancy services and hardware)
