• Match supply and demand with the help of automated trading systems, as well as taking care of timely and reliable reporting.• First point of contact for clients, and pro-actively tackle and solve operational issues as experienced by them, and provide information in full compliance with rules and guidelines concerning confidential data.• Process and analyze market information produced or received by the exchange market in support of internal and external publications.• Take care of and be responsible for the daily operational trading processes of external parties, as per agreed Service Level Agreements, in which reliability, speed, and accuracy are crucial.• Contribute to the development of new services and products, as well as to the modification of existing services and products in accordance with market/company demands and wishes.• Execute validation tests of new systems and system upgrades.• Support internal and external projects, for instance by participating in testing phases or by training fellow operators.• Prepare and assist in the implementation phase of new markets, products and/or systems.• Join company and/or third-party projects, together with colleagues from other teams and departments and take the initiative to make sure input and views on department-relevant topics are given on a regular, timely and efficient manner, thus contributing to a best solution for all parties involved.• Manage relations with external stakeholders such as Transmission System Operators, and partner exchanges.
