- project involved the construction of 33 sole-occupancy units with 3 commercial properties- office duties, managing plans and documents- managing and coordinating labor resources and logistics- managing and directing material resources to maintain productivity- liaison with subcontractors and consultants- conducting on-site safety inductions and tool-box talks- conducting quality control inspections, ensuring all work meets standards- Interpreting architectural and engineering drawings- conducting Work Health & Safety inspections- cost estimating- engaging internal and external stakeholders
