I am a current student at Kennesaw State University with interests in Business Intelligence and Product Management, and a proud graduate of Gwinnett Technical College (AAS, Automotive Technology). As an enthusiast of both automobiles and the automotive industry, I bring 4 + years of experience within the Mercedes-Benz dealership system, in roles that require both technical inclination and customer orientation. In addition, I have a strong knowledge base pertaining to the Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems such as Reynolds, CDK, and ELead. In my formal studies, I am also gaining a basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and PowerBI. Ultimately, I am passionate about continuous innovation and product development within the automotive industry. I desire to utilize my interpersonal and analytical skills to share that passion with both colleagues and clients within the professional space. Through effective collaboration and efficient communication, I seek to uphold the standard of "The Best or Nothing" in all of my duties.
