I manage a crew of 8 men to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons inside of our bar. My duties also include stocking incoming orders, ordering ice if needed, firing and hiring of staff, training new hires, over watching the entire bar, keeping capacity as a nonissue, checking identification of patrons, knowing how to tell a fake I.D. from a real I.D., removing people from the bar, and resolving any issues that may come up in the bar. Many times I have had to resolve conflicts between patrons, patrons and bartenders, and patrons and security. In most situations patrons are either highly intoxicated or not very understanding. When dealing with any situation I can use my knowledge and experience I have gained over the years without it getting out of hand.

I was in charge or ringing people up and making sure everyone was of age who was going to see rated R films.
