• Maintain and monitor networks using PRTG.• Onboard and offboard users in Microsoft Entra.• Manage and maintain the M365 environment via M365 Admin.• Oversee and maintain Exchange servers.• Deploy and manage Hyper-V on client sites.• Handle hardware allocation/purchasing for clients, including configuration.• Administer Anydesk for remote support.• Manage Acronis Cyber for site backups.• Administer AWS and Azure for client cloud deployments.• Oversee Cloudflare administration for website security.• Manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for departmental needs.• Administer Jira, Confluence, and OpsGenie for the Atlassian deployment.• Use and administer 1Password for secure credential management.• Deploy and manage Linux servers.• Manage UniFi hardware/software for network infrastructure.• Administer PFSense for office network security.• Ensure infrastructure security using the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Tenable Nessus.• Lead project and change management initiatives to improve IT infrastructure and processes.• Liaise with onsite technicians for effective client management and issue resolution.
