Responsible for all quality issues resulting from or relating to manufacturing processes for turbos and power assemblies at GE Diesel Engine shop in Grove City, PA.

2-year leadership development program with special focus on operations management. Consists of four, 6-month rotations in different areas of the business. Roles included:Remote Diagnostic Specialist (Erie, PA): Remotely monitor locomotive fleets under contract and communicate with service shops to proactively repair units before they fail on the road. Also provide customer service shops with additional troubleshooting assistance as needed while units are in shop.Lean Leader (North Platte, NE): Educated union workers on Lean concepts and techniques. Implemented Kaizen projects with operator input and empowered operators to seek out and correct "wastes" on a daily basis.New Product Sourcing Specialist (Erie, PA): Managed RFQ's, supplier selection, and NCI validation of new parts for P&SS business. Automated weekly tracking and statistics for all Transportation NPI parts.Process Technical Advisor (Grove City, PA): Supervised ~20 operators on the Evolution Engine Main Assembly line. Managed labor, material delivery and quality processes to ensure TAKT time attainment while maintaining operator safety.

Engineering internship with focus on data analysis in support of Trip Optimizer program.

Assisted support engineer at T&D OPs field site. Overhauled power line database to ensure accurate data and power reliability and resolved daily power distribution problems.
